	MGV（Manual Guided Vehicle）
	MGV is installed in clean room, and transfers fpd glass substrate (TFT/LCD, PDP, OLED, CF) /Cassette. We already have actual sales record to G6, G7 glass size with specific modification with an aspect of safeness and use effectiveness, such as motorized or collision prevension sensor.
